Privacy Policy — Airsoft Smart Bomb
Last updated: 8 June 2026
Airsoft Smart Bomb is published by NODA MITSUNORI IT LTDA ("SX.FLARE", "we", "us" or "our"), a Brazilian limited liability company registered as a Sociedade Empresária Limitada under CNPJ 45.985.732/0001-16, with registered office at Rua Iborepi, No. 497, Jardim Nordeste, São Paulo/SP, CEP 03691-040, Brazil.
SX.FLARE is a brand operated by NODA MITSUNORI IT LTDA.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Airsoft Smart Bomb mobile application ("App"). For privacy questions, contact us at [email protected].
1. The App Itself
The App does not require user registration, login or a user account.
We do not operate our own user account system or backend database for the App. The App itself does not ask you to submit personal details such as your name, email address, phone number or precise GPS location.
App preferences and configuration data, such as language, volume, theme, presets, custom sounds, backgrounds and gameplay settings, are stored locally on your device.
However, as described below, third-party services integrated into the App, such as advertising and in-app purchase services, may collect, receive or process certain data according to their own privacy policies and technical settings.
2. Local Data Stored on Your Device
The App may store local data on your device to make the App work properly and remember your preferences. This may include:
- app settings and preferences;
- gameplay presets and timer configurations;
- selected language, theme, sounds and backgrounds;
- a local cache of your purchase or unlock status, also known as an entitlement cache, for premium features;
- other technical data needed for App functionality.
This local data is not sent to servers operated by us.
If the App allows you to select custom sounds, backgrounds or similar local content from your device, those selections are used locally by the App and are not uploaded to servers operated by us.
You can delete local App data through the App's settings, where available, or through your device's app storage settings. Deleting local data may reset preferences and clear the local cache of your purchase or unlock status, but it does not cancel or erase permanent purchases you own. Permanent purchases remain restorable through Google Play or the App Store, depending on the platform and purchase type.
3. Third-Party Services
The App integrates third-party services that may collect, receive or process data according to their own privacy policies, terms and technical settings.
Depending on the SDK, the store, your region and the configuration, these third parties may process data as independent controllers or otherwise under their own privacy terms. The exact legal relationship may vary depending on the service and applicable law.
3.1 Google AdMob — Advertising
The App may use Google AdMob to display ads, including rewarded ads.
Depending on your device, region, consent choices, platform settings and Google's own configuration, AdMob and related advertising technology providers may collect or process data such as:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
- advertising identifier or other device/account identifiers;
- app interactions, such as app launches, taps and video ad views;
- diagnostic and performance information;
- advertising data, such as ads shown or interacted with;
- information used for advertising, analytics, measurement, security and fraud prevention.
AdMob may use this information to deliver, measure, personalize, limit, secure and improve advertising services, subject to Google's policies and your consent choices where required.
3.2 In-App Purchases
On Android, in-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. On iOS, in-app purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store.
We do not receive your payment card number, bank account information or full payment details.
The App may receive or access limited purchase-related information needed to unlock or restore features, such as purchase status, product identifier, transaction status, receipt or purchase token, and entitlement information.
Payment processing, refunds and payment account data are handled by Google or Apple according to their own terms and privacy policies.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract: to provide App functionality, process feature unlocks, restore purchases and deliver the features you request.
- Consent: for personalized advertising, tracking, advertising identifiers, and storing or accessing information on your device where consent is required by applicable law or platform rules.
- Legitimate interests: for App functionality, basic security, fraud prevention, diagnostics, non-personalized advertising where legally permitted, and maintaining the reliability of the App.
- Legal obligations: where processing is necessary to comply with applicable laws, platform requirements, tax, accounting, consumer protection or regulatory obligations.
Where consent is required, you may withdraw consent at any time as described in this Policy and through the App's privacy settings, where available.
5. Consent and Advertising Choices
5.1 EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom and Switzerland, where required by applicable law, the App requests consent before storing or accessing information on your device, such as local storage, and before collecting, sharing or using personal data for ad personalization.
Where required for Google advertising services, the App uses a Google-certified consent management platform or consent tool compatible with Google's consent requirements, including the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework where applicable.
Under the Transparency & Consent Framework, the consent you give through this consent management platform may apply to multiple advertising partners and vendors, not only Google. The full list of vendors and the specific purposes for which data may be processed are presented within the consent message itself, where you can grant or refuse consent and, where applicable, object to processing on a per-purpose and per-vendor basis.
You can review, change or withdraw your consent at any time. Where required, the App provides an in-app privacy or consent option that lets you reopen the consent message and update your choices, including withdrawing consent you previously gave.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
5.2 iOS and App Tracking Transparency
On iOS, if the App or its advertising partners use data for tracking as defined by Apple, the App will request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt before such tracking occurs or before the device's advertising identifier is accessed for tracking purposes.
If you deny permission, the App will not access the device's advertising identifier for tracking, and tracking will not occur through the App unless otherwise permitted by Apple's rules and applicable law.
You can change App Tracking Transparency choices at any time in your iOS device settings.
5.3 Advertising Identifier Controls
You can also limit, reset or delete your advertising identifier through your device settings, depending on your operating system version and platform.
On Android, this may be available under privacy or ads settings. On iOS, this may be available under privacy, tracking or advertising-related settings.
6. International Data Transfers
Because the App uses third-party services such as Google AdMob, Google Play Billing and Apple StoreKit/App Store, data processed by those providers may be transferred to, stored in or accessed from countries outside your country of residence, including the United States and other jurisdictions.
Such transfers are governed by the relevant provider's own privacy policy, contractual safeguards, platform terms and applicable data transfer mechanisms.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
We do not maintain our own backend database containing App user accounts or personal profiles.
Local App data remains on your device until you delete it, uninstall the App, clear App storage or use an in-app deletion option where available.
You can delete local App data from the App's settings using "Delete local data", where available. This may delete presets, themes, custom sounds, backgrounds, preferences and the local cache of your purchase or unlock status.
Deleting local data does not cancel or erase permanent purchases you own. Permanent purchases remain restorable through Google Play or the App Store, depending on the platform and purchase type.
Data processed by Google, Apple or other third-party providers is retained and deleted according to their own privacy policies, legal obligations and account settings.
For step-by-step instructions, see our Data Deletion page: https://sxflare.com/airsoft-smart-bomb/data-deletion/
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, including the Brazilian LGPD and the GDPR/UK GDPR, you may have rights in relation to your personal data. These may include the right to:
- confirm whether personal data is processed;
- access personal data;
- correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated personal data;
- request anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary, excessive or unlawfully processed data;
- request portability where applicable;
- withdraw consent;
- object to certain processing activities;
- restrict processing where applicable;
- request information about data sharing;
- lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
In Brazil, you may contact the ANPD — Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados. In the EEA or UK, you may contact your local supervisory authority.
To exercise privacy rights related to data we control, contact us at [email protected].
Because we do not operate user accounts or maintain our own backend database for the App, we may not be able to identify you or fulfill certain requests directly. In those cases, you may need to contact the relevant provider, such as Google or Apple, through their own privacy tools and support channels.
9. Security
The App is designed to minimize the personal data we directly handle. App preferences are stored locally on your device, and we do not maintain our own user account backend for the App.
However, no method of electronic processing, transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, especially for data processed by third-party providers outside our control.
10. Children
The App is not directed to children and is not intended for users under 13 years old, or under the minimum age required by applicable law in your country.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Advertising is not configured as child-directed.
If you believe that a child has provided personal data through the App or through a third-party service integrated with the App, please contact us at [email protected] so we can review the matter and, where appropriate, direct the request to the relevant provider.
11. Third-Party Policies
You should review the privacy policies and terms of the third-party services used in connection with the App, including:

12. Cookies and Website
Our website at https://sxflare.com is a static informational website. It does not set cookies of its own and does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking technologies on the website.
The only information the website stores on your device is your language preference, saved in your browser's local storage so the website can remember whether to show the English or Portuguese version. This is a functional setting that stays on your device; it is not used for analytics, advertising or tracking, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Any cookies that may be set by our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, are strictly necessary for the security, integrity and reliable delivery of the website and do not require consent under applicable law. The tracking and advertising described in this Policy relate to the App, not to the website.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
The "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates the current version. Where appropriate, the App or our website may provide notice of material changes.
Your continued use of the App after a policy update means that the updated Policy applies from the effective date, subject to applicable law and any consent requirements.
